Administrative Staff

The seven members of the administrative staff work as a team to ensure all the work of the office gets done! Each person has areas of primary responsibility but also support the others as needed.  

The Administrator, as defined by the school’s Four Pillars governance model, holds the whole and supports the work of the office staff, Board, faculty, and parents to ensure that goals are met and effective collaboration takes place.

The Pedagogical Chair, in conjunction with the Administrator, makes sure the teachers have the support they need to deliver the program to the children.

The Office Manager coordinates the day-to-day running of the school, including fielding parent and teacher requests, answering phone calls, scheduling classes, ordering supplies, etc!

The Business Manager tracks tuition payments and expenditures as well as all paperwork related to insurance, school security, immunizations, etc.

The Director of Development coordinates alumni relations and ensures that the school’s fundraising goals are met by leading the Annual Giving Campaign, cultivating donors, and writing grants.

The Fundraising Events Coordinator promotes the social life of the school, organizing events that build community and raise money and coordinating parent help for festivals.

The Office Assistant supports the Office Manager in the day-to day running of the office.
