In this talk we will explore different research related to modern day media consumption and the potential impacts on children. This will not be a “fear-based, technology is bad” type of presentation, rather a pragmatic look at what is currently happening in our society. There will be information presented, followed by ample time for group discussion in which we can explore ways to best empower our kids and communicate with each other as a community.

Learn how neurodevelopmental movement increases effectiveness in learning and behavior. These movements, which are similar to ones that infants do naturally, are found to help the brain function at its best. Come learn why movement can create more efficient neural processing, allowing for learning to become easier.
