The Siskiyou School is conveniently located along the Interstate 5 corridor in Southern Oregon near the California border. Families in our school enjoy the close proximity of the Pacific Ocean, Mt. Ashland Ski Area, and many National and State Parks. We are blessed with numerous beautiful rivers, mountains, and forests which provide year round recreational activities. Additionally, a 5-6 hour drive will bring you to the major metropolitan areas of Portland, Oregon to the north and the San Francisco Bay Area to the south.

The city of Ashland and the surrounding region host many celebrations of art, music, and theater. We are home to the world-renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival as well as Southern Oregon University (SOU). The spirit of the Ashland community shines through its seasonal parades and festivals. There are many healing arts practitioners in the area and we believe that the Ashland Food Coop is the finest natural foods coop on the west coast. Jefferson Public Radio, our local progressive public radio station, is broadcast from the campus of SOU and provides culturally enriching music as well as news and information.
